Becken launches the sale of apartments in its Munich project development
HOCH DER ISAR

  • Realization of 185 condominiums in 13 residential buildings
    in the Au-Haidhausen district
  • Completion of construction is planned for the end of 2022
  • Public green spaces for car-free access to the neighborhood

Munich / Hamburg, November 15, 2019: The real estate company Becken
is launching sales for its HOCH DER ISAR residential project development in the Au-Haidhausen district of Munich
. On the approximately 9,000 square meter construction site at
Hochstrasse 75, Becken is building an ensemble of 13 residential buildings with
a total of 185 high-quality condominiums ranging in size from 30 to 330
square meters by the end of 2022. "Together with the City of Munich's design advisory board, we
carried out a workshop process to select the architectural firms. The result is
a varied architecture with the feel of a Wilhelminian-style
quarter," says Stefan Spilker, Managing Director of Becken Holding GmbH. "The
concept also includes an attractive neighborhood park with a car-free thoroughfare
," adds Spilker.

A total of 36 compact one- to one-and-a-half-bedroom
apartments, 101 two- to three-bedroom apartments and 30 four-bedroom apartments
will be built in the residential ensemble. Three townhouses and 15 penthouse apartments are also planned.
The majority of the apartments will have balconies, loggias or terraces. There is an underground car park with 193 parking spaces and 408 bicycle parking spaces on
the site. The
future residents will also have access to two daycare centers, which
are being built in the neighborhood on the former Paulaner site. Construction is scheduled to start at
in the second quarter of 2020.
